Refund policy
If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we’re here to
help! We offer returns within 30 days of purchase. You can return your product for
store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method.
Please note the following exceptions to our return and refund policy:
- Discounted items 30% or more are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in the original state.
- Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as
possible at megan@omearasirish.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis and will either replace the item, repair the item or refund your order.
To initiate a return, please complete the following steps:
- Reply to your order confirmation that you would like to return an item.
- Send your items back to us via UPS, FedEx, USPS using the following address:

- Refunds, store credits or replacements will be processed within 2 business days of receipt of the returned item(s).
We stand behind the items that we sell 100% and want our customers completely happy with their purchases. If an item arrives that doesn’t meet a customer’s expectation or has a flaw, please contact us at megan@omearasirish.com so that we may address concerns.
